What is High Fidelity Wraparound? Wraparound is an evidence-based model of support to help youth continue living at home, attending school or work and remaining stable. The process helps families learn how to meet their needs and use their support systems to handle their challenges and struggles. Wraparound does not “fix kids” or make crisis and challenges go away. Instead, wraparound helps families learn how to handle their challenges, overcome difficulties and achieve their vision for a stable family life.
What will you do? The High Fidelity Wraparound Facilitator will engage youth and families in developing, implementing, and monitoring an intensive, individualized care plan. This includes helping the team develop a natural support system, working on the development of an integrated plan and establishing a strong relationship with the family. The High Fidelity Wraparound Facilitator provides these services through scheduled treatment sessions and may be provided to individuals, families, or groups.
What does an ideal candidate look like? Youth Villages is looking for candidates who are:
Salary: $50,000 - $56,000 / year based on education and/or clinical license

**Exceptions may be made for other degrees in a behavioral science that includes a minimum of 30 semester hours in human behavior, child development/behavior, family intervention technique, or therapeutic techniques**
