Leadership Development Advisor
At Youth Villages we strive to help children and families live successfully, and strong leaders are the key to our success. As a rapidly growing nonprofit organization, Youth Villages promotes primarily from within thus creating a need to train and develop our current workforce.
In this role, the Leadership Development Advisor will have the opportunity to be a part of a team playing a vital role in enabling the future success of Youth Villages. You will join the Leadership Development Manager in assessing training needs and creating a coaching culture as well as identifying creative ways to expand and support leadership initiatives.

Education Requirements
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000
