 This position can work from an office located in South MS (Biloxi, NVB, Hattiesburg or Jackson).  This position will require travel 30% at minimum. 

Responsibilities

Position Overview

 

Provide clinical leadership to assigned teams and effectively implementing Youth Villages treatment models. The Licensed Program Expert will provide training and coaching of theory and application of Youth Villages treatment models to personnel with various professional backgrounds and who hold a variety of positions including clinicians, supervisor, regional supervisors, regional managers and directors. The Licensed Program Expert will assist organizations in a variety of ways to ensure the success of the treatment program including: providing weekly telephone consultation, ongoing training to the treatment teams, and providing consultation and training to supervisors and coordinating clinical development of staff with regional supervisor, managers and directors. 

Qualifications

Requirements

 

Master's degree in mental health field (required)
Must be clinically licensed (LPC, P-LPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW) in Mississippi or 6-12 months away from completion of licensure. (required)
In-home experience (preferred)
