Position Overview
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field is required
At least 1 year of Leadership/supervisory strongly preferred
Understanding of laws and regulations (Title VII, ADA, FMLA, etc,)
Able to analyze leave, polices, federal/state regulations, and HR data and make recommendations
Experience working with external agencies
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated efficiency in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to demonstrate successful processes in time management skills
Excellent customer service
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal, team-building, and partnering skills
Highly motivated, able to be a team player and work independently
Strong presentation skills
Ability to show organizational skills when managing multiple priorities
Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully
Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and monitor own work to ensure quality
Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
