Job Summary: Responsible for managing the relationships with implementing partner organizations and public agency partners in specific geographic region(s), supporting multiple implementing partners long-term in delivering YV programs with quality, and achieving sustainable funding in the assigned geography.
This position covers jurisdictions across Ohio & Pennsylvania and will require 50% travel to those assigned regions.
Duties and responsibilities:

Master’s degree in social service field, public health, or business administration strongly preferred
Strong ability to quickly forge trusting relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders
Attention to detail in identifying program quality issues
Sufficient understanding of Youth Villages’ programs to be able to identify and address red flags in implementation
Business acumen in launching programs and achieving sustainable program expansion strongly preferred
