This Position is based out of Memphis, Tennessee.
Program Overview
This Licensed Program Expert position is for Memphis Allies, a bold collaborative initiative, bringing together community groups and resources to reduce gun violence and create safer neighborhoods and more opportunity for adults and their families. The Licensed Program Expert will work with external organizations as well as internally with staff from YV. The focus of the consultation work will be gun violence reduction.
Position Overview
Licensed Program Expert provides clinical leadership to assigned Memphis Allies/SWITCH teams including team members from Youth Villages and Ally Organization. The Licensed Program Expert will demonstrate the ability to train on evidence supported practices and the application of SWITCH Program Model and Youth Villages’ treatment conceptualization to personnel with various backgrounds and who hold a variety of positions including Outreach Specialist, Life Coach, Clinical Specialist, Supervisor, Regional Supervisor, and Director. The Licensed Program Expert will assist organizations in a variety of ways to ensure the success of the treatment program including: providing weekly virtual or face-to-face consultation, ongoing training to the teams, providing consultation and training to supervisors, participate in program model reviews, and coordinating development of staff with supervisors, regional supervisor, managers and directors.
Requirements
Master's degree in mental health field is required.
Must be clinically licensed (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in Tennessee or within one year of hire date
3 years clinical experience is required
Six months supervisory experience is required.
Intercept experience is preferred.
