Youth Villages is hiring a new Development Manger to exponentially grow the fundraising efforts in Eastern North Carolina, primarily focused on Raleigh-Durham area but will also look at partnership opportunities in other key localities such as Wilmington, Fayetteville, and Greenville. The ideal candidates will be experienced fundraising professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit who have delivered measured and sustained impact in complex environments in which collaboration with volunteers was critical to success.
Position Overview
This individual, in collaboration with the North Carolina Development Director, the Managing Director of Development for Regional Growth, and the North Carolina Executive Director, will execute on the strategic fundraising plan for Youth Villages in North Carolina and will play a key role in the expansion of Youth Villages' community presence.
