Creative Services - Digital Intern

Youth Villages is seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Digital Intern to join our Digital Communications and Creative Services team. This role focuses on graphic design and creative services, contributing to marketing campaigns that support our mission and amplify our impact.

• Design and format PowerPoint presentations, flyers, social media graphics, and print materials 

• Support digital marketing campaigns by prepping and resizing visual assets 

• Maintain brand consistency across all creative content 

• Collaborate with the Creative Services team on design projects and timelines 

• Manage creative project deadlines using internal project management tools 

• Provide general support across digital channels, including social media, email marketing, in-person events (note-taking, content capture, setup), and video production tasks (equipment setup, basic editing, file organization) 

• Assist in preparing digital assets for websites, email campaigns, internal platforms, and other marketing channels, ensuring content is optimized for each format 

• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and campaign planning by offering design input and researching visual trends 

• Assist with other digital marketing and communications tasks as needed 

• May be required to work occasional evenings or weekends for team support 

• Other duties as assigned 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, or a related field 

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Premiere Pro or After Effects a plus 

• Familiarity with PowerPoint and presentation design 

• Excellent attention to detail and time management 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills 

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
