Position Overview
The NC Wraparound Coach/Supervisor is a person who uses various coaching strategies to support the Wraparound Facilitator, the Family Partner and the Youth Partner in their work in the team process. The techniques include group coaching, documentation review, and other modalities that build knowledge and create fidelity to the process. Coaching is the process of teaching someone to do NC Wraparound by showing them the process, doing the process with them, and providing ongoing consultation.
The NC Wraparound Coach/Supervisor has demonstrated skills that are necessary to be a Wraparound Facilitator, and should also have the resource knowledge and compassion of the Family and Youth Support Partner. They will also have the experience to assist with the selection and orientation of new NC Wraparound members, support training, and prepare members to work with youth and families. The NC Wraparound Coach/Supervisor continually assesses the NC Wraparound members, provides feedback, as well as develops and monitors member's Professional Development Plans.

Schedule is flexible and non-traditional; based around the availability of youth and families served.
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, a personal vehicle to use for work purposes and auto insurance.
Community Based staff will be reimbursed for applicable mileage
Position Requirements
Masters degree in Social Work, Drug and Alcohol Education or Counseling, Counseling, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Guidance Counseling, Human Services, Marriage and Family Therapy.
**Clinical License preferred but will consider provisional license (LCSWA, LPCA, LMFTA)**
Must have High Fidelity Wraparound experience and/or supervisory experience.
