Youth Villages has been a national leader in the implementation of research-based treatment philosophies in the field of children's mental and behavioral health. Our commitment to helping troubled children and their families find success spans 30 years and includes a comprehensive array of programs and services.
If you are looking for a positive career move where you are meeting the challenges of life and striving to make a positive difference, then Youth Villages is the place for you. We are looking for people with a strong sense of purpose and focus to continually build confidence in yourself and our organization.
Telephone Interviewers work in the Research Department and support Youth Villages by gathering crucial information from the youth, families, and caseworkers that we serve. Telephone Interviewers are asked to complete questionnaires at various points in time (during treatment, upon discharge, and up to two years after services have finished) covering a variety of topics including customer satisfaction and effectiveness of services.
A Telephone Interviewer needs to be able to juggle multiple, competing priorities. Flexibility and willingness to learn new systems and technology is a key component. Attention to detail is extremely important as there are multiple steps to the process, which can include both written and verbal communication ranging from locating valid contact information, completing the phone interview, making decisions about the cases, and coding of the data collected.
