We are looking for people with a strong sense of purpose and focus to continually build confidence in yourself and our organization.

    Position Overview

Telephone Interviewers work in the Research Department and support Youth Villages by gathering crucial information from the youth, families, and caseworkers that we serve. Attention to detail is extremely important as there are multiple steps to the process, which can include both written and verbal communication ranging from locating valid contact information, completing the phone interview, making decisions about the cases, and coding of the data collected.
