* Home-Based Counseling
* LifeSet Transitional Living Services
Intern placement with a specific program within each office is determined during the interview process and depends on the current availability, the student's experience and education level, and the academic requirements of the program.
At the Master's level, graduate students will have the opportunity to:
* Shadow counselors
* Assist with clinical assessments and documentation
* Learn our medical records system
* Carry a case or assist a counselor with implementing family, individual or group therapy
* Participate in treatment team and consultation meetings as well as receive individual supervision.
Our approach has been very successful. Today, more than 3,000 counselors, teachers, and skilled support staff provide Youth Villages' services in 73 locations throughout Tennessee, Indiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Alabama, North Carolina, Oregon, Oklahoma, Georgia, Florida, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Ohio.
