Are you a skilled, imaginative, and well-organized Videographer? Join our Digital Communications team at Youth Villages based in Memphis, TN! We are looking for a dynamic individual to enhance our visual storytelling. In this role, you will be tasked with capturing and producing exceptional videos and photos that vividly tell our story through event wrap-ups, on-campus activities, and the heartfelt stories from our programs. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

The Digital Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the Communications department at Youth Villages, providing essential support in the planning and organization of digital communication projects while executing email marketing campaigns. This position requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, a collaborative spiritand a passion for driving effective digital campaigns.

Who is Youth Villages? Youth Villages is a nonprofit organization striving to help troubled youth and families live successfully. We are a team of 4,000 individuals who’ve come together across 27 states to change the landscape of child welfare and juvenile justice across the country.  Our work involves providing an array of counseling and treatment services to youth with severe emotional and behavioral problems.    Eighty-four percent of those who go through treatment are succeeding two years after leaving our program. These youth are living at home, remaining in school, and are not experiencing trouble with the law.   We believe strongly in investing in and supporting our employees.
